Idealist 1 is the first design in the eraser shield catalogue. 10x its original size, this 18 gauge brushed stainless steel erasing shield is the epitome of design to accentuate any studio, office or design conscientious space. 

An erasing shield is a drafting tool used to protect areas of a drawing while selectively erasing others. In the design world, it’s about precision and control. Metaphorically it can help curate our lives, images, bodies, and beliefs. We edit our history. We edit ourselves. We aim for perfection while quietly erasing discomfort. Other standard finishes and materials are available. Brushed Stainless Steel rating (BSS) = One side brushed #4 finish with minute to no conflicting blemishes or scratches.

Each item is made to order and not in stock at the moment of purchase. Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive this laser cut work of art and design. Hand filed and deburred to create safer edges. Caution should still be practiced when handling to prevent injury to the art and to yourself. Engraved on the backside with a number identifier and signature.
